I am writing this note to commend one of your nurses: Adam. He was assigned to help us during this tough time, and we have been blessed by it. What a pleasure it is to relay the comments expressed by the Case Managers at last week’s staff meeting. They were most complimentary of your staff and the quality of service they provide. In a word, CARE Team is “Great”!… Please convey my thanks to everyone at Care Team for the excellent job they are doing!

You should know that I had to deal with a handful of home health agencies during this and Care Team stood out by a longshot. The quality of care, the attitude of the people and the services were the best.

I have been through numerous therapies and require constant monitoring, which I have received very well. I am especially pleased with quality of care especially provided by nursing staff.
