One of the unique employment benefits that our Tampa office offers is a pay-on-demand option on most of our job assignments. On those assignments, if you have completed your assignment(s), have your notes and time slips fully and properly completed, you can submit them to our payroll department and get paid for your work. You do not have to wait until the end of the week, the following Monday, or wait for a bi-weekly payroll cycle. You can complete your job assignment(s) today and pick up your paycheck today. Accordingly, our Tampa payroll department is only open during office hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm). We now have a similar feature in our Leesburg office.

I recently attended a symposium with over 100 HHA agency owners and administrators. One of the symposium’s presenters shared with the audience her dream of someday being able to offer such a benefit.
