What a pleasure it is to relay the comments expressed by the Case Managers at last week’s staff meeting. They were most complimentary of your staff and the quality of service they provide. In a word, CARE Team is “Great”!… Please convey my thanks to everyone at Care Team for the excellent job they are doing!

You should know that I had to deal with a handful of home health agencies during this and Care Team stood out by a longshot. The quality of care, the attitude of the people and the services were the best.

Thank you so much for all you did for Mom… and me! I cannot put into words the relief I had knowing you all were there for us. And thanks for sending us such awesome ladies for my Mom that cared for her so well! They were like my best friends too! Thanks to the girls who also treated Jessie as one of their own whenever they came to the house. They all were like her aunts… has to hug whoever was there before she went to bed! She misses you all… as I do!

I have been through numerous therapies and require constant monitoring, which I have received very well. I am especially pleased with quality of care especially provided by nursing staff.

We have been with your agency now for one month and want to thank you for sending Maggie to us. She is a credit to your agency. Always aware of our personal feelings when in our home. My husband normally does not do well with strangers; but, from the first visit he was very pleased to have had help with his daily care. I have noticed a difference in his personal hygiene and his desire to take a bath. With Maggie’s care, his skin has improved greatly. She is very professional and efficient employee of your agency.
