For the second year in a row, Care Team Home Care has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay for 2020. Our two main focuses are patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction. We aim to exceed expectations of everyone we cross paths with. We are very proud and honored to receive this award once again, and it proves our dedication of providing quality CARE to our patients utilizing a TEAM approach.
In December 2019, our employees were surveyed to express the benefit they receive while working for us. Here are some of the results of that survey.
This graph shows perceived employee engagement compared with other health care providers. As you can see, Care Team scored higher than the large majority of other providers and has remained consistent year after year. Our core values do not change, and neither does our employee satisfaction.
Compared with last year there was a large increase in the percentage of our employees who answered, “Enthusiastically engaged”. Our employees are increasingly believing that the direction that Care Team is going creates a sense of meaning. We give our employees the tools and opportunities to work at their full potential to provide the best care for their patients and make the biggest impact they are capable of.
